About Villa AmareHollow Blocks by Amare
Three sizes. One face.
All three sizes are laid with the same 400 × 200 mm face. The thickness is what changes, so pick by the wall you are building.
400 × 200 mm face, about 100 mm thick
For partitions and light interior walls.
400 × 200 mm face, about 125 mm thick
A step up from 4", for walls that need more thickness.
400 × 200 mm face, about 150 mm thick
For exterior and perimeter walls.
Illustrations drawn to scale. Ask your engineer or builder which size your plan calls for.

How a block gets made.
We are starting operations on a full block-making line, set up from mixer to press under one roof.
Mix
Cement, aggregate and water are blended in the mixer.
Convey
A belt carries the mix up to the block machine.
Press
The hydraulic press forms each block in its mold.
Cure
Fresh blocks are moved on pallets and left to cure before they go out.
